You are invited to attend a Community Meeting to share your feedback on plans for a proposed mixed-use project at 5700 Hannum Avenue in Culver City’s Fox Hills Neighborhood. The proposed project replaces a 1970’s era Class B office building and asphalt-paved surface parking lot with a multifamily residential building with ground floor retail, widened sidewalks and contemporary landscaping.
The site is 2.2 acres in size. It is designated as “Mixed Use High” in Culver City’s approved Housing Element Update. The proposed project aligns with this Housing Element designation and is intended to help the City meet its adopted goals for the neighborhood, including new housing.
In all, the proposed project will deliver 309 housing units (including 27 Very Low Income units), neighborhood-serving retail on the ground level, and public open space.
The proposed project creates a transition between the residential areas to the east of Buckingham Parkway and the office uses to the west, while delivering significant improvements at the street level to enhance walkability in the area.
Project entitlements include a zone change, general plan amendment, comprehensive plan, and density bonus.
Please enter the lobby either via Slauson Avenue (red), or from Hannum Avenue through the parking garage for 600 Corporate Pointe. Both options are ADA accessible.
Free parking is available. Please enter the parking garage from Hannum Avenue at the intersection of Uplander Way. The entry gate to the 600 Corporate Pointe garage will be open for easy access.
